All Wellness Programs are customized to meet the
needs of the individual. Each program is designed to take the client
through a total mind-body healing process. A strong emphasis is
placed on personalized nutrition and learning to know one’s
body. Diet is based on the individual, with the understanding that
one person’s food is another person’s poison. In addition,
wellness programs are designed to address the role that career,
lifestyle, and relationships play on one’s health. The goal
of each program is to bring balance back to a person’s life
while working extensively and completely to resolve the client’s

- Natural health food store tour, offering detailed explanations
of all food categories
- An invitation to invite a guest to both the health food store
tour and our cooking classes
- On-going email support
- Variety of books, tapes, magazine subscription, food and
tea samples, and other materials
